Voting has been completed for changes to the OESPA contract that include language changes and changes to Fringe Benefits.  The ballot was divided into 2 sections; Language Changes and Fringe Benefit Changes.  The results are as follows:

Language Changes: Yes – 646, No – 409
Fringe Benefit Changes:  Yes – 566, No – 498

OESPA thanks everyone who took the time to vote on these important issues.  The next ballot for ratification will be for the $500 performance recognition stipend.  Information regarding this was in the previous update below.

Once the ballots for the performance recognition stipend are counted, your bargaining team will begin the bargaining process for the 2009-2010 school year, which will include discussions on salary increases.
