ARTICLE VI

COMMITTEES

SECTION I – APPOINTMENT

Appointment of committees shall be made pursuant to Article III, Section V. A.

SECTION II – COMMITTEES

The committees shall include at least the following: Contract, Bylaws and Policies, Elections, and Membership.

Other Committees and Task Forces shall be established by the President and the Board of Directors pursuant to Article III, Section V. A. and Article IV, Section II. A.

Committees and Task Forces shall perform such duties and tasks within the established goals and budget of OESPA and approved by the Board of Directors.
